A. The Price quoted is usually per vehicle. Where two or more vehicles have been requested, the price will be given per vehicle or for a group of vehicles - whichever way you prefer.
A. Yes. Flights are often a little early or a little late, and your driver will wait for you. If the delay is excessive, your driver will ascertain the expected delay and inform us or your nominated contact (e.g. your office or family member) that the flight has been delayed, whereupon we will ask for further instructions.
A. Some Companies try to estimate how it will take you to clear Customs and try to time their arrival to coincide with how long they hope you will be delayed. We check expected arrival times regularly and the driver will leave Cardiff earlier than scheduled if you fight is indicating an early arrivals. Unlike some chauffeur companies, we aim to be at the arrivals Area BEFORE your flight was scheduled to land so that we can be sure to be waiting for you if your flight is little early or you clear cutis and baggage quickly.
A. Our chauffeurs are very experienced at meeting clients at arrivals. He will be positioned so that he is clearly visible and will be holding a notice with your name clearly printed on it.
A. Your driver will go to the nearest Information Desk, where he will arrange for an announcement to be made. You should also do this if you do not hear an announcement or are concerned that you may have missed your driver.
A. We carry many passengers including lone female travelers, and occasionally unaccompanied children, and we take your safety very seriously. All our drivers carry a photo ID card. If you would like extra reassurance, we can arrange a password known only to you, us and the designated driver, or can confirm his identity by telephone, if you wish.
A. Because we have both business and personal users amongst our clients, we always quote at the net price not including VAT. Many business users want to know the price net of VAT because they can claim VAT expenditure if they are VAT registered. If you want to know the full price plus VAT, please just ask for VAT inclusive price.
A. Yes we are covered by insurance for what is known as 'Hire and Reward'. This means we are insured to carry passengers for commercial purpose, ie. Clients who pay for the services, in addition to normal use.
A. No. We only ever book one wedding per day. This means that we will not be delayed in arriving for you because a previous wedding has run late. This also means that we won't abandon you if your wedding is delayed. In exceptional circumstances, if excessive waiting occurs, or if you require additional journeys on the day, this may be charged but you will be advised at the time.
A. Yes, but this will depend on how far apart the various locations are. We are happy to advise you when planning the journeys for your big day, and many couples find that they do not need as many extra cars as they thought. This can be a big saving on your wedding expenditure. If you know in advance that you will be requiring extra journeys for other guests etc, please make sure that you discuss this with us at the time of booking. Although we are happy to accommodate the unforeseen where possible, it will be less for you to worry about on the day if you have per-booked the journeys into the schedule. Your driver will always try to speak with you or one of the members of the main party. e.g. best man, father of the bride etc. This is to advise you that the car(s) are leaving and to ascertain that you have no additional requirements or last minute emergencies.
A. Where a booking is cancelled due to circumstances beyond your control we try to be understanding and reasonable. For business travel or social events, cancellation fees may be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled journey, with a further charge if the vehicle is already on its way to collect you. Deposits for wedding booking are non-refundable.
A. We accept cash, personal cheques with cheque guarantee card, business cheques, credit cards, Switch/Maestro and BRCS.
